At age 7, Te'Lario II founded Tiger Mushroom Farms after a Cub Scout Project ended. He began selling his mushrooms at local farmers markets and received recognition from several local media outlets…even sharing about his business on the Steve Harvey Show! 💫⁣⁣

Prior to the pandemic, provided fresh shiitake & oyster mushrooms to local community through Farmers Markets. And you could find Tiger Mushroom Farms products on the menu at fine restaurant establishments that favor quality local food like Ambrose & Eve, Preston's, Urban Farmer Cleveland, Gallos Tap Room, Skillet, Sassafras Bakery and more 🙌🙌💚⁣⁣

Since becoming involved with the local food scene, Te'Lario learned about the issues of hunger & food insecurity. Through his garden, he donates homegrown produce to local food banks. He is also a Hunger Hero with No Kid Hungry and hosts a Friendsgiving every year to raise money and awareness about ending hunger. Te'Lario was recently recognized as a 20 Under 20 Youth Leader by the Mayor of Columbus 🌟🌟🌟⁣

Our first guest is Hannah Grace, founder of the health/beauty brand BeYOUtiful 🌼🌼🌼⁣

As a baby, Hannah was diagnosed with Type-1 Diabetes. Through many challenges, she was able to develop strength and tenacity that caused her to strive, not just survive. Her determination to do whatever she set her heart and mind to followed Hannah as she got older… her dad often telling her she would be a “CEO” or “entrepreneur” some day, as long as she, as he put it, “used her powers for good” 🌟🌈⁣

On New Year’s Eve day 2016, as her family was traveling to Hannah’s favorite health and beauty store, her dad turned to her and gave her a challenge. He said that he could bet she could make the same products she wanted to buy in the store and even sell them herself. Not only did Hannah accept that challenge, but within a few weeks she was making her own bath bombs and selling them in a local gift shop. Now to date they are sold online and in 8 retail outlets in two states. Through BeYOUtiful, she has donated over $5000 to various charities and has committed to donate 20% of all web sales to JDRF 👏💛⁣

Beyond this successful challenge, Hannah started her company to spread the message that being beautiful means being yourself, no matter what challenges you endure 💕💕⁣
