All is well! You are covered

“I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]” John 16:33, Amplified Bible

Imagine you are standing in a glass dome. The glass is so clear and transparent that you have to stay reminded that just because you can see danger coming at you, doesn’t mean it will harm or destroy you. You are in Christ and you are covered at every side by His impenetrable shield, sealed with His Holy Spirit of promise (see Colossians 3:3; Ephesians 1:13). You are in the palm of God’s hand, and nothing can pluck you out (see John 10:29).

Next time you see bad news coming your way, picture that news running right into God’s protective shield that surrounds you and falling to the ground. See that negative report slamming right into the power of God’s truth and falling to the ground. Because you are covered at every side, my sister, all is well. All is well in your body. All is well in your soul. All is well in your money. All is well with you because you are covered by your Father.

Prayer: Thank you, Father, for speaking this truth to my heart. Let me understand it more deeply until it becomes revelation that brings great transformation in my life. Thank you that all is well with me because I am covered by you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Today is World Mental Health Day! Your mental health matters and we want to help you mind it. Here are some mental health facts courtesy of NAMI:
21% of U.S. adults experienced mental illness in 2020 (52.9 million people). This represents 1 in 5 adults.
16.5% of U.S. youth aged 6-17 experienced a mental health disorder in 2016 (7.7 million people)
The average delay between onset of mental illness symptoms and treatment is 11 years
Depression and anxiety disorders cost the global economy $1 trillion in lost productivity each year
79% of people who die by su***de are male
50% of all lifetime mental illness begins by age 14, and 75% by age 24
