They’re headed to the global stage in São Paulo, Brazil, where they’ll present .tech —an innovative project making PFAS detection simpler, faster, and more accessible through a sensor and software designed to deliver useful, cost-effective data.

With a solution rooted in innovation, accessibility, and environmental impact, Purifas shows how student-led action can take on complex challenges with practical, scalable solutions that matter. 🌍

A special shoutout as well to the other incredible finalists in the Advanced Category:
🥈 Team of the University of Udine, with Agrichange and Grel—two projects driving sustainable innovation, from magnetic-field technology that improves seed germination and resilience to the valorisation of organic waste through innovative composting solutions.

🇨🇦 is the 2026 National Champion!

They’ll be taking the global stage in São Paulo, Brazil this November, presenting their project, .ok —an eco-friendly fire brick made from unrecyclable books and local beeswax, offering a lightweight alternative to firewood.🪵

By developing their production line in-house, the team has created new waste diversion channels for libraries and businesses, turning overlooked materials into a practical, financially sustainable solution.

Through partnerships with local retailers and waste diversion organizations, Paper Trail is showing how circular thinking can create real environmental and community impact, demonstrating how student-led ideas can transform waste into opportunity. 💪

By applying machine learning models to estimate risks and predict post-surgery outcomes, CortexAI is helping bring greater precision, insight, and support to complex medical decision-making.

Through an approach rooted in innovation, healthcare accessibility, and data-driven care, CortexAI reflects how emerging technology can be used to improve patient outcomes and support more informed treatment journeys.

🇰🇿 Kazakhstan, it’s your time!

Enactus Kazakhstan is bringing together young innovators, alumni, partners, and leaders for a powerful celebration of entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, and impact. 🔥

At the Enactus Kazakhstan National Expo 2026, University Students Entrepreneurship, Startups, and Innovation, teams will pitch their ideas, showcase their projects, and compete for the opportunity to represent Kazakhstan at the Enactus World Cup in São Paulo, Brazil. 🌍🇧🇷

And the momentum doesn’t stop there. This year’s VII Republican High School Students Entrepreneurship Championship ENACTUS brought together more than 140 high school teams, with 16 advancing to the semifinals. The best participants will receive undergraduate study scholarships from Almaty Energo University, Korkyt Ata University, Urban College, Anhalt International University, and New York Film Academy Kazakhstan. 🎓✨

🇺🇸 UW-Whitewater Enactus is the 2026 Enactus USA National Champion!

UW-Whitewater presented once again on its award-winning project, RenewTowns. 🙌

🏘️ RenewTowns is a community revitalization project focused on strengthening downtown communities across the U.S. The team partners with local municipalities, landlords, and community members to support entrepreneurs who drive economic development and improve residents’ quality of life. While the project has primarily focused on small towns in Wisconsin, it is expanding quickly.

🇬🇹 RenewTowns Guatemala is part of that expansion, building on their ProChapina project from last year. It’s a powerful example of how the RenewTowns model can create impact not only locally, but globally.

From 14–15 April, Enactus UK & Ireland takes the stage with “NextGen Takeover 2026” — kicking off this year’s National Competition Season. 🔥

Over two days in the ExCel in London, we’ll see Top 20 → Top 4 pitches, ideas put to the test, and a full community coming together — students, partners, universities — all building impact in their own way.

🏆 And yes, there are awards… But this is really about everything that’s been happening all year — the projects, the partnerships, the progress that doesn’t always make the stage.
