A note from our Founder, Denise Rich, on her birthday:

Today on my birthday, I feel so fortunate to be healthy and happy, surrounded by the love of my family and friends. But of course no birthday feels the same without my beautiful daughter, Gabrielle, who passed away from leukemia nearly 30 years ago.

Gabrielle was fearless, brilliant, and full of life. She faced cancer with incredible courage and compassion, and even in her hardest moments, she dreamed of a future where others wouldn’t have to endure the same pain she did.

That dream became Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research and it is my greatest honor to carry her legacy forward every day.

This year, instead of gifts, a donation to our mission would mean the world to me. Your support helps fund groundbreaking research and brings hope to so many patients who need it most.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your love and for helping me celebrate my birthday by remembering Gabrielle!
