Transforming lives through mentoring relationships... ACT fosters its mission through interACT, a mentorship program between NYC professionals and students from the School of Hope in Cape Town, South Africa. This cultural exchange takes place via Skype, E-mail, and an eventual trip financed by the organization sending students who have completed the program all the way to NYC to meet their mentors

and explore the possibilities lying beyond their hometown. The mentorship program was designed to inspire students in their chosen field/interest, serving to empower and develop confidence in the students to make informed career decisions, through self awareness and exposure to a wider context than their own limited experience.

Our deepest gratitude to all who have been a part of this journey. We could not have come this far and impacted many lives without you. As with all things in life, there are seasons. And we are writing to update our community here that we have graciously brought this season of Active Compassion Transforms to a close by transferring our remaining assets to Raising a Generation of Esthers to strengthen the amazing work they are doing for young women in Cameroon. Please lend your love and support to them or to WOW - Women of Wonder, Inc. in building community that walks alongside women in uncovering and affirming their God-given purpose.
