Meet Your Mentor: Camila Luis ✨

We’re excited to spotlight Camila Luis, Senior Creative Strategist at Google, as part of the Her Workplace Mentorship Program.

Originally from Argentina, Camila is a communications professional, author, speaker, and content creator who has spent nearly a decade in the tech industry. She began her career in digital and audiovisual media before joining Google as an intern in 2017 during her final year of university.

Today, she works as a Creative Strategist and AI Content Creator for Google’s Global Human Resources team.

Beyond her corporate role, Camila has built a community of nearly 100,000 followers across social media, where she shares career development and professional growth advice for Spanish-speaking young adults around the world. She is also the published author of two books: *Crónicas de Valija* and *Amores Líquidos*.

Her Workplace space UPDATE! 📣

We’re excited to share our new partnership with Tishman Speyer providing our members with access to their Studio by Tishman Speyer flexible workplace offering.

Starting Monday, June 10th, our new community place in NYC will be located at The Spiral in Hudson Yards. Our members will have a dedicated suite to meet, work, and network while also having access to the phone booths and common areas.

We’re also excited to announce our national expansion, which will start this Fall bringing our places and in-person experiences to Boston, Washington, D.C., Chicago, SF, LA, and Miami.

What we’ve learned is women and non-binary professionals need places where they feel valued, seen, and heard. Creating places like these requires more than co-working together. It involves hosting and facilitating impactful in-person experiences that bring real value to our diverse community.

Meet Roberta Griff, the Strategic Program Director at BCG. With over 25 years of experience in the digital arena, Roberta focuses on key initiatives and content creation in the digital space. Her expertise spans developing new digital products and services in both professional services and consumer sectors.

Roberta’s career journey includes roles at BCG, American Express, and a brief tenure in social impact post-9/11. Before business school, she was an M&A analyst and led operations at an internet startup. Roberta holds a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
