Being a mother is a journey filled with countless joys and challenges. Yet, one of the most significant truths I've learned is this: it's extremely difficult to be authentically present for your children when you are not okay.

As mothers, we often put our own needs aside, focusing all our energy on our children and families. But neglecting our own well-being can take a toll. When we're struggling—whether it's with stress, anxiety, exhaustion, or other personal challenges—it becomes almost impossible to give our best selves to our children.

Taking care of yourself is not selfish; it's essential. It's about making sure your cup is full so you can pour into theirs.
