A gray day can’t compete with the arrival of colorful blooms in Lincoln Square. 🌸🌿

Today, our landscaping contractor, .bulfamantelandscaping , is installing hundreds of summer flowers across all of our green spaces—including the ten Broadway Malls from 60th to 70th Street, as well as Dante and Richard Tucker Parks.

The district is coming alive with Pink and Pearl White Petunias, Green Envy Zinnias, Coleus ‘Inky Fingers,’ Cleome ‘Sparkler Blush,’ and more.

Together, these plantings create a welcoming, vibrant environment for all who live, work, and visit Lincoln Square for the summer season.

If you’re passing through today, take a photo, share it, and tag us. 📸

From Jean-Georges’ longtime fine dining destination overlooking Columbus Circle to Tatiana’s bold and vibrant flavors at Lincoln Center, these standout restaurants continue to help shape New York City’s restaurant landscape. Last week, the Lincoln Square Business Improvement District held its 29th Annual Meeting at Lincoln Center’s David Rubenstein Atrium to celebrate another successful year of Lincoln Square’s programs, services, and community impact.

We welcomed new Board members, presented our FY27 budget and FY 2026 Annual Report with financial statements, and heard from an incredible lineup of guest speakers, including Julie Menin, Speaker of the New York City Council; Brad Hoylman-Sigal, Manhattan Borough President; Gale Brewer, New York City Council; and Mariko Silver, President & CEO of Lincoln Center.

The program also included recognition of outstanding BID team members and community partners, with awards presented for their exceptional service, as well as special moments honoring President Monica Blum ahead of her retirement—including a proclamation from Borough President Brad Hoylman-Sigal and heartfelt remarks from Board Chair Gary Jacob reflecting on her 30 years of leadership.

Monica expressed gratitude to the Board, partners, staff, and her family, while giving special recognition to Ralph Memoli, the BID’s Executive Vice President and her “secret weapon,” praising his 25 years of service and partnership.

With more than 100 attendees, the morning gathering welcomed property owners, nonprofit leaders, businesses, residents, City officials, and neighbors. Thank you to everyone who helped make the event a success!

Lincoln Square is officially in bloom! 🌷✨

Our landscaping crew from .bulfamantelandscaping has been hard at work on a spring refresh, planting hundreds of vibrant violas, daffodils, and tulips throughout the neighborhood. 🌼

The most stunning display can be found around Dante Park, where lush planters and colorful arrangements surround the tables, chairs and umbrellas—creating the perfect spot to sit, relax, and take it all in. Along with brilliant red and yellow tulips in our Broadway Mall End beds, everything is now on full display across Lincoln Square. And just wait… our crabapple trees are about to put on a show, too!

With warm weather finally here, there’s no better place to soak up the sunshine. ☀️ We love seeing the neighborhood come alive again and can’t wait for you to experience this burst of color along the Broadway corridor!
