We did it!! The Drifters Incorporated, New York Chapter has reached its scholarship fundraising goal of over $5,000.00.!!! Did you know? In 2019, the college enrollment rate for African American students who enter immediately after completing high school was 62% -- about the same as it was in 2000.

Let's Create the Vision! Established in 1957, The New York Chapter of The National Drifters Incorporated, is a group of dynamic women with social, civic, charitable and educational interests.

We are committed to awarding scholarships and have a long and successful history of supporting young people as they pursue higher education. Our past recipients have attended colleges and universities such as Howard, Yale and Tuskegee.

This year, our goal is to raise $5,000.00 for scholarship awards. Please consider making a contribution of $20.00 or more by April 30, 2021. Your generosity will allow us to continue our important mission of providing financial assistance to deserving high school seniors in our community.
