The AAAH Executive Board application for the 2020-21 calendar year is now open (https://forms.gle/rJYmwnFzVGtYPuBT6)! These positions will run from the beginning of the Spring 2021 semester in January and finish at the end of the Fall 2021 semester in December. The application will be open until Friday, 12/4 at 5pm. Write as little or as much as you'd like. Feel free to email us with any questions, and we look forward to reading your applications!

Decolonizing Wellness - A Community Healing Space
*Wednesday November 18, 11:40am-1pm*

Join Advocates for Asian American Health (AAAH) and facilitators, Lo'An Nguyen and Steven Wakabayashi, for an afternoon centered on self-care, recharging, and community healing. *RSVP on Engage* for the Zoom link!

This session will include:
- Guided meditation (centering and breathing exercises)
- Reading of a passage and reflection on mindfulness and self-compassion
- Creating a shared space to reconnect on sense of self
- Q&A/open discussion

Please arrive on time to ensure there is adequate time for all these activities and allow everyone a chance to fully participate in the meditation and discussion.
