⛈️ Storm damage? Know the difference—and do BOTH!

A damage report helps NYC understand where storm impacts occurred and may support future federal assistance. A 311 service request connects you with a city agency for specific conditions like flooding, sewer backups, downed trees, power outages, or blocked catch basins.

✅ Report damage: reportdamage.nyc.gov
✅ File a 311 request: nyc.gov/311
✅ Get alerts: NYC.gov/NotifyNYC

Don’t wait until the next storm to prepare. Stay informed. Stay ready. Stay safe. 🌧️
