Writing
:Human trafficking does not only happen in hidden places. It happens in crowded spaces, transportation hubs, railway stations, and communities where vulnerability exists.

Human trafficking across India, particularly through train and railway systems, continues to raise serious concerns requiring stronger prevention, preparedness, education, and community awareness.

Through the leadership of our Peace Practitioner Ambassador Syed, the Institute of Public Policy and Diplomacy Research (IPPDR) is working alongside iGuardian and with leadership support from HSI to strengthen awareness, preparedness, prevention, and community resilience.

We remain committed to our mission:
"We do not observe and wait for change. We design change."

Prevention begins with education. Protection begins with awareness. Change begins with action.

The Institute of Public Policy and Diplomacy Research, we congratulate our Regional Director in Peru, Blanca Mujica Acuña, for her participation as a panelist in the high-level press conference “Media as a Driver of Public Discourse on Housing and Urban Resilience” during the World Urban Forum 13 in Bakú.

The conference brought together distinguished international leaders and authorities, including Rizvan Nabiyev, Nigar Arpadarai, Shafag Mehraliyeva, Rasim Baghirov, Olumide Idowu Emmanuel, and Ayaz Mirzayev.

Representing Peru as a member of the Global South NGO Platform and Co-Founder of Ikua4Change, Blanca highlighted the importance of media in giving visibility to vulnerable communities and promoting more resilient and inclusive societies.

Lesson learned when you give a seat at the table to a youth , it is like the community is seating at that table.

Climate change is no longer a future conversation. It is a global reality affecting peace, security, health, food systems, migration, and the stability of communities worldwide. From extreme weather to rising temperatures and environmental disasters, the climate crisis continues to impact millions of lives across the globe.

Proud to stand with The Climate Reality Project and climate leaders around the world committed to education, awareness, policy, and action for a more sustainable future.

As a Climate Reality Leader trained since 2012, I recognize that climate change is also a peace and security issue. We cannot speak about human dignity, sustainable development, or the future of humanity without protecting our planet.
We must, we can, and we will solve the climate crisis.

The Global leadership is shifting, and the next United Nations Secretary-General will shape the future of diplomacy, peace , and international cooperation.

🌍 UN Secretary-General Race: 4 Key Candidates

1. Rafael Grossi (Argentina)
🔹 Strong point: Elite diplomat with direct access to major powers (US, China, Russia) ,proven crisis negotiator (nuclear, Ukraine).

🔻 Weakness: Seen as too transactional; critics say he compromises too much for deals.

2. Rebeca Grynspan (Costa Rica)

🔹 Strong point: Reform-focused, strong multilateral credibility, economic + development expertise. Potential first female SG.

🔻 Weakness: Lower political weight globally; less visibility in hard security crises.

3. Michelle Bachelet (Chile)

🔹 Strong point: Heavy political profile (former President + UN Human Rights chief), strong legitimacy on human rights.

🔻 Weakness: Politically polarizing; lost national backing and faces geopolitical opposition.

4. Macky Sall (Senegal)

🔹 Strong point: Head-of-state experience; strong voice for Africa and UN reform.

🔻 Weakness: Limited global consensus; mixed support

Note:This race is about reform vs diplomacy vs political weight

Final decision will depend on Security Council power

«:Peace in Haiti cannot be built without the voices of its youth.

Too many decisions on peace, security, and the future of the country are made without the very generation that will live with those outcomes.

This summit is a pathway to peace in Haiti, led by youth who are ready to contribute, lead, and help shape a more sustainable, just, and peaceful nation.

On this International Day of Conscience, the Institute of Public Policy & Diplomacy Research (IPPDR) calls on leaders, institutions, and communities across the world to choose peace over hostility, negotiation over destruction, empathy over indifference, and kindness over division.

Conscience is not weakness. It is moral courage in action. It is the inner discipline that reminds humanity that lasting peace cannot be built through violence, arrogance, or silence. It must be built through dialogue, principled leadership, good faith negotiation, mutual respect, and the willingness to protect human dignity.

The world does not need more hardened positions without solutions. It needs wiser leadership, compassionate engagement, and responsible diplomacy that places human life above ego and common good above conflict.

Peace requires intention. Negotiation requires maturity. Empathy requires strength. Kindness requires leadership.
Today, we reaffirm that true diplomacy must remain human, ethical, and guided by conscience.

Let conscience lead.
Let peace speak.
Let diplomacy serve humanity.
