[Video Description: Video opens with Alex walking into frame a sitting in a white chair in the center of the shot. This is a 3/4 torso shot of Alex facing forward and speaking directly into the camera. As Alex speaks throughout the episode, the camera cuts between a straight on shot and a side angle shot. Both angles capture Alex’s torso and head. Throughout the video text graphics appear on the screen in white text on black backgrounds to note each section of the story of the lawsuit ie) “Origin of the Lawsuit.” When Alex is listing the “claims” and “charges” a text graphic appears in the upper left corner as list format text of each numbered “claim” or “charge.” Alex is a light-skinned black man. He has long hair in an Afro hair style with twists. He is wearing a black and white stripped short sleeve button up with the top 3 buttons open, a pink flower petal with a pearl accent earring that is dangling half way down his neck from his right ear, a pearl earring in his left ear, and a gold chain necklace. He sits against a cool white wall background as he speaks, while light pours in from a huge window off screen to his right (the viewers left).]
