Community Note: Viewing or labeling accountability as an attack or a means of revenge makes it harder for all of us, collectively and individually, to embrace and normalize accountability. When we can’t embrace accountability then we can’t access the healing and liberation that comes from it. This is one of our core values and it drives all of our accountability actions. We seek collective liberation for all, not revenge or ruin.
