The P.O.W.E.R.House of Expression empowers each client through the use of their own higher self and creative energy to take back their lives, reach their goals and live life more abundantly. We focus on individuals living with social, cognitive, physical, emotional and/or spiritual needs from Mental Illness and/or Substance Abuse. We provide our clients with opportunities for healing through Movem

ent, Music, Art, Drama, Nature, Spoken Word and Sandbox/Sand-tray Therapy, coupled with Mental Health Counseling to improve health and well being. We also offer Yoga, Reiki, Acupuncture and Essential Oils as Alternative Therapies and a Vegan/Organic kitchen onsite for a more Holistic approach to healing. We seek to improve lives by integrating healthy diet with mind, body and spirit to attain peace and fulfillment of purpose.

Greetings and grand rising y’all. It’s that time again! TODAY I AM 23YRS CLEAN!!! I can’t even explain how this journey has changed me, or even how God found a way to blessedly hold my attention, change my perspective, and change my life! There is no other power on earth that could have reached me. I am forever truly grateful for ALL MY BLESSINGS, my grown kids, my support, love and kindness and grace and generosity, joy and peace and laughter, etc. There’s so many things to be thankful for! I KNOW I AM BLESSED. I hope that you know you are blessed too. Amen.
