So grateful to for hosting such a beautiful and fun evening with us! Huge thank you to and for an incredible house circuit class that brought the energy, and to , , and for creating the perfect post workout restorative moment to unwind, relax, and truly connect.

We are so thankful to have had the chance to host our 2nd annual Special Needs Moms Night Out alongside our gracious hosts . It was SUCH a special night and one we look forward to hosting each year!

Our 2nd Annual Galentines Fundraiser is back at Post House on February 12th, bringing together sweat, self-care, sushi, and sips..all in support of Hudson’s Helping Hands.

Kick things off with a house circuit class led by Walter Savage, then cool down with mini facials by AIREM while also indulging in sushi from Sen and drinks, including wine from Kind of Wild.

Tickets go live this Thursday, January 22nd, at 12 PM sharp! Set your alarms and grab your spot! 💪🏻💘

*Sip and Support tickets will be available if you are unable to participate in the fitness class
*All tickets are non-refundable

From the very beginning of Hudson’s Helping Hands, Kerry has been an incredible volunteer and creative force behind the scenes. With her background in art, design, and marketing, she’s helped shape our outreach and grow our community in such meaningful ways, always leading with connection and inclusion.

As she steps into this next role, Kerry will help expand awareness, strengthen partnerships, and share the stories that make HHH so special.
