As our client base continues to expand, our team is growing! Meet Archibald Nii Boye Okotah our new Client Engagement Manager in West Africa. He recently represented BHS at the Private Health Facilities Association of Ghana Conference with BHS’s Co-CEO Tyler Nelson. The conference was themed “Confronting current challenges facing private health providers in Ghana – The role of the state”

BHS had a pre-conference round table meeting and an exhibition stand where a total of 41 private health facilities were engaged to discuss challenges confronting the health sector such as National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) and private health insurance reimbursement delays, difficulty in assessing credits to expand health care services, inventory management challenges, quality improvement, and customer experience challenges among others
