We’re putting in the miles, bringing the energy, and testing something special that we’re building for the running community this fall.

Monday is all about BRIDGE WORK strength on the climbs, control on the descents, and community every step of the way. As GFTC gets ready to celebrate 10 years, we’re focused on creating more opportunities for runners of all paces and faces to train, connect, and get better together.

MEET THE NEW FACES OF GFTC

Every year, our team grows not just in numbers, but in stories, personalities, goals, and experiences.

This year, we welcomed a new group of runners into the GFTC family. Some joined chasing PRs. Some are training for their first big race. Some came looking for community. Others simply wanted people to share miles, laughs, and good energy with.

And that’s exactly what GFTC is about.

All paces. All faces. Different goals. One team.

A first-year runner who found running as an outlet while navigating life as a single mother. Now she’s become a serious forcedropping massive times, competing fearlessly, and showing what strong, beautiful Black motherhood can look like in this running space. 🖤

KM & Mal GFTC’s first non-binary member and already making history within our community. KM continues to chase bigger goals, longer miles, and eventually the marathon while proudly creating more representation for non-binary runners everywhere. 🏳️‍🌈

kim Lead event Organizer A GFTC veteran since 2023 who quietly grew into a real force within our community. From putting in the miles to organizing our cheer zones, Kim makes sure GFTC looks good, feels good, and shows up the right way on and off the course.

Pavel Andre Kowlessar Our artist in every sense of the word. 🎨 Andre creates with a paintbrush, but he’s also creating art with his feet through every mile, carrying the memory and legacy of his beloved friend Jamal James Kent along the way. 🕊️

Gina Scales The woman who simply never stops running. Gina brings endless miles, energy, and heart to GFTC, but what makes her special is how much she continues to give back to everyone around her.

The 2026 Brooklyn Mile was one for the books.

From first-time racers making their GFTC debut to seasoned veterans showing what consistency looks like, this weekend was filled with breakthrough performances, personal bests, and moments we’ll never forget.

But the biggest victory wasn’t what the clock said.

It was seeing teammates line the course, families cheering at every corner, friends embracing at the finish, and our community showing up for one another. Fast times come and go, but the memories we create together last far longer than any result.

At Goldfinger Track Club, we believe the best performances happen when no one has to do it alone.

Congratulations to everyone who represented GFTC this weekend. Whether you raced,, cheered, or simply came out to support, you helped make this day special.

Here’s to more firsts, more PRs, and even more moments that remind us why we run.

Wow Summer Streets is officially back! What a way to kick off a new month with fresh miles, new goals, and good people.

Big thank you to TeamWRK , StylexStrength for the hospitality, and everyone who came out to make this morning special. Shoutout to the entire NYC running community it was amazing sharing the streets with all of you.

What we love most about Summer Streets is that, for a few hours, these streets belong to all of us. No matter your club, your pace, your crew, or your brand, we all move together.

This is New York City running.
