Hello!

My landlord is doing a major overhaul of the brownstone we live in and I will need to move out of the garden apt. July 1st (after 6 beautiful years 🙁)
I am aware it is very early, but I know people sometimes break leases, move in with each other or are planning to leave NYC ahead of time so I wanted to cast the net.
