Two valuable principles were apparent during Circle #10: you are a product of your environment, and it is up to you to adapt to that environment to achieve your goals.

August's run started off in Veterans Oasis Park located in Chandler, AZ (cross-country move from NYC). Roughly 18 miles in after experiencing an intense tingling throughout my body and deep fatigue, I decided to stop out of health concerns. It was a humbling reminder that you must adapt to your environment or it can defeat you.

Yet, there were still miles on the table. The final 13 were completed over the past two days, finishing up this afternoon. Once again a great experience in a unique way.
