DEA Endorses Mayor Eric Adams for Re‑election

Today, the Detectives’ Endowment Association, alongside the 12 other unions that make up the Uniformed Coalition, endorsed Mayor Eric Adams in his run for a second term.

Mayor Adams has been unwavering in his support for law enforcement and proven public safety approach. The Coalition members have experienced firsthand his public safety policies that protect our communities and keep our streets and men and women in blue safe.

“Mayor Adams has stood firmly with New York City detectives and understands the real challenges we face every day,” said Scott Munro, Detectives’ Endowment Association President. “The DEA is proud to endorse him for a second term. Anyone pushing to defund or dismantle the police, ignore the NYPD’s staffing crisis, or send social workers to confront violent offenders has no business running City Hall.”
