After careful consideration, Local 94 has decided NOT to participate in the Workers Memorial Day commemoration on Tuesday, April 28th at 345 Park Avenue, Manhattan.

Given the sensitive circumstances, we believe it is appropriate to refrain from attending.

Thank you for understanding. We ask that you keep all those affected by the tragic attack in your thoughts and prayers.

ATTENTION:

In observance of the holiday, the Union and Fund Administrative Offices will close at 2pm on Friday, April 3rd, and will reopen at 8am on Monday, April 6th.

The Union Office will stay open until 4pm and the business agents WILL be here.

The Training Fund will also be open and all classes WILL be in session.

ATTENTION: TRAINING FUND WILL BE OPEN FOR CLASS ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 24TH

The Training Fund will be open for class tomorrow, Tuesday, February 24th. Classes are canceled for today, Monday, February 23rd.

The Union and Fund office will be open on Tuesday, February 24th.

Due to inclement weather, all Training fund classes are canceled for Monday, February 23rd.

The Union office will be open and business representatives will be in the office should you need their assistance. The administrative staff will be working remotely.

ATTENTION:

2025 ANNUAL STATEMENTS FOR THE HEALTH AND BENEFIT FUND
The 2025 W-2 forms for Sick Fund and for the Health and Benefit Fund Loss of Time will be mailed to all participants by 2/02/26.

If you withdrew money from your sick fund account or received loss of time payments in 2025 you should receive a W-2.

PLEASE NOTE!!! If you have an email on file, you will receive an email on January 28th from Online Form Retrieval with the subject: IMPORTANT TAX RETURN DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. The email will contain a link so that you can view and print your W-2 form. Please check your spam mailbox if you do not see the email in your inbox.

The 2025 1099R for the Death Benefit for the Health and Benefit Fund will be mailed to the paid beneficiary by 2/02/26.
