Rain, rain, go away… but sadly, today’s family yoga class has to be canceled because of the weather. We’ll miss our yogis and can’t wait to roll out the mats and see everyone again next week!

Hi everyone, due to poor air quality and the expected thunderstorms, we’ll be canceling tomorrow’s family yoga. We’ll miss seeing you, but everyone’s safety comes first. We’ll be back together at our regular time on Wednesday at 7pm—looking forward to it already. Take care and stay safe!

Family yoga update: Because of today’s heat and air quality, we’re cancelling this afternoon’s family yoga to keep our community safe and comfy. 🧘‍♀️💛
But good news—we’re rescheduling it to Saturday morning at 10 AM! 🌿✨
Come stretch, breathe deep, and zen out together. All ages and levels are welcome—just bring your smiles (and maybe a water bottle). 💧👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
We can’t wait to see you there! 🙏💕

The past few days may have been rainy and dreary, but today is absolutely gorgeous—perfect for yoga in the park! Join us at 7 PM for a fun, feel-good flow that’s family-friendly and open to all levels—no experience needed. Come move, stretch, and soak up the good vibes with us!

Our first free Yoga in the Park class last Wednesday was amazing—sunshine, birds chirping, and all the good Zen and stretch vibes.
We’re back at it today at 7 PM once the heat drops—join us to move, breathe, and enjoy a little midweek reset with us.

🌞 Summer in Coney Island is here, and you know what that means...

🧘‍♀️ FREE Family Yoga is BACK! 🎉

Join us every Wednesday at 7 PM on the Seabreeze Side Lawn (weather permitting) for some midweek stretching, kvetching, and seaside zen. 🌊✨

Bring your blankets, bring your family, bring your best tree pose (or your wiggliest toddler pose 😆). Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just coming for the good vibes, there's room for everyone!

Let's trade a little weekday chaos for some fresh air, movement, and community. 💙
