Songs like “Obsession” and “Honey Vibe” will give you just what you need when you’re looking to unwind. His soft pitch and uptempo beat selection are a tribute to modern times, while his use of New York slang adds the classic uptown feel, giving you a perfectly in sync blend of old and new.

(2/3) Wishing to be known for his work, Kelsz devotes all his time to writing and recording. His focus is solely on entertaining his audience and making sure they have a good time listening to him. “I want people to have fun and just vibe to my shxt, not think too deeply into it, that’s not me. I want people to have fun.” he says and that is exactly what you get throughout his new project, self titled “Luchie Tape” Released on May12th. He since then has been working on visuals for select tracks from the project.

(3/3) “The idea started in January, to drop a tape exclusively for soundcloud. All the songs were goin to be throwaways initially ‘cus i was trynna stay away from samples, nine out of ten of the songs are sampled. But for some reason I kept recording to these sampled beats and it became the theme for the project” Kelsz was not kidding. The tape samples the likes of Eddie Murphy, Rick James, Selena, and PinkPantheress. Artists who sound very different from one another but provided a unique sound that only Kelsz and his team could revamp to give a fresh take on some timeless masterpieces.
