At the extraordinary session of June 8, we discussed the draft law on "Additions and Amendments to the Law on Social Support" authored by the Government of Armenia.
📃 The draft defines the term "state certificate", which is a basis for providing unpaid state financial support to a social service organization or individual or family for the purpose of acquiring certain property.
☑️ They are defined by the draft
✔️ leasing norms for implementation of flexible housing policy, as well as issuance of a support card through which people in difficult situations will be provided with food, clothing and other essential goods in the mood.
✔️small community homes as another form of social security institution for the population, the presence of which will contribute to increased cost-efficiency of the operation of care institutions.
✔️ opportunities for providing specialized care and other social services to people with mental health and mental problems.

✔️ the concept of "personal assistant" will be clarified
The concepts of "state certificate of supporting funds", "compensation amount", "minimum requirement for providing supporting means" will be added✔️
✔️ a legal basis (leasing norm) will be created by the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs:
📍 the questionnaire of self-esteem,
📍 the procedure of forming and conducting a register of specialists evaluating a person's functionality,
📍 An exemplary application form for assessing the functionality of a person,
📍 the way of determining the functionality of a person,
📍forms of tools for assessing individual functionality, including summary (vinet), for establishing forms of assessment of person functionalities.
🖇 Let us remind you that from February 1, 2023, for the purpose of assessing disability, instead of medical and social expertise, the functionality of the person will be carried out, for the full organization of which the above legislative changes are necessary and add-ons. add-ons
