🪷 Our Q3 Youth Advocacy Fellows joined members of NYTAG’s Community Advisory Board and NYTAG team at City Hall to testify on Intro 949, a bill that would make LGBTQI+ health and gender affirming care resources easier to find.

The September 23 hearing was hosted by the Committee on Hospitals, jointly with the Committees on Mental Health and Substance Use and Women and Gender Equity, and streamed live from Council Chambers.

We’re proud of our young advocates for bringing their voices and lived experiences to the Council. Thank you to everyone who testified and showed up for our community. 💜
