This video is so wild BUT so true. This how a lot of parents be feeling foreal they just don't wanna say nothing about it because people will "look at then bad".
It's so important to study rejection and how much it effects adults and especially the children who end up being adults that are broken and end up bleeding on others.
I hope her and her child heals at some point. God bless parents

Respect your own energy enough NOT to "match someone else's".

Be your own boss.
Tell your ownself what to do based of YOU and your situation.
Letting someone have that much control over you to "make" you change yourself or who you are....means your under a spell.

My mama taught me about the iQ vs EQ at 9yo.....it just took some time to realize that feelings aren't facts.
Sometimes the mind can go to places that we cant even imagine good or bad. Learning to self regulate and stay in the REAL world (being present) process your emotions and communicate them can help always get you back ontrack and keep your sanity. So many people out here literally going insane because they are hurt, traumatized and can't express themselves or even have a "safe space" to do so.
I encourage you, create your own safe space, it's ok to limit, eliminate, replace or even repair things in your life. Don't let your feelings be weaponized against you. Understand them and master them.
