Respected Community Members,

As the Non-Resident Nepali Association, America’s mega-project towards the youth and student activities continues, it is our pleasure to announce winners of this year's “Undergraduate Scholarship Award - 2020" from an amazing pool of candidates.

The winners are:

North-East Region
1. Benajil Rai, Keene State University, New Hampshire
2. Prabhas Chand KC, University of Connecticut, Connecticut

Midwest Region
1. Dilasha Pandey, Southeast Missouri State University, Missouri
2. Subas Bhandari, Wichita State University, Kansas

2. Manish Basnet, Howard University, Maryland

West Region

2. Hritik Rawat, The College of Idaho, Idaho

All the applications were graded based on their academic approach, community participation, and essay writing skills. Choosing the best of the best wasn't an easy task by any means, but the panel of four judges worked hard and independently graded each applicant’s essay and community participation separately. To make the selection procedure free and fair, final points were averaged and the highest-ranked students were determined as the winner.
We would like to extend our appreciation to the Youth and Student Committee as well as our outstanding Selection Committee members for their efforts towards this mega project of NRNA NCC of USA.

Thank you to all candidates who participated in this program.

Congratulations to all the winners of the “Undergraduate Scholarship Award - 2020”.

Best Regards,
