Thank you to everyone who joined us for the first U.S. screening of All the Evil in the World, a documentary that tells the story of Giulio Regeni and the ongoing fight for truth and justice.

A special thank you to for hosting us and for creating such a meaningful space for this important documentary.

We will never forget you, Giulio, and we will not stop seeking justice.

AIRIcerca New York Chapter, in collaboration with Kairos Italy Theater, invites you to a special free event for World Water Day 2026:

Adele’s Daisy
A theatrical reading on climate change
by Marco Vignudelli

📅 March 24th, 6:30 PM
📍 Casa Italiana Zerilli-Marimò at NYU
24 W 12th St, New York, NY 10011

Set in the Po River delta in 2055, Adele’s Daisy imagines a future where water has become rationed and privatized, and communities struggle to survive in an increasingly dry landscape. Developed with the support of climate scientists, the story bridges scientific insight and emotional awareness, inviting audiences to reflect on our future relationship with the planet’s most precious resource. The evening will feature a theatrical reading performed by Laura Caparrotti and Sonia Villani (Kairos Italy Theater), accompanied by Matteo Rini (music) and Melissa Guardiola-Bijur (voice).

Following the performance, a discussion panel will explore the scientific and cultural dimensions of climate change with:

• Sergio Castellari (INGV)
• Michela Biasutti (Columbia University)
• Laura Caparrotti (Kairos Italy Theater)

Moderated by Alessandro Melis (New York Institute of Technology).

The event is totally FREE! Registration required:

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. It was an intimate evening filled with honest reflection, meaningful conversation, and also a lot of laughter.
I am deeply grateful to these incredible scientists for sharing their stories, their challenges, and their wisdom with such openness.

To all women in science:

-Know your value.

-Allow yourself to make mistakes and grow from them.

-And remember that you are not meant to shrink to fit into toxic environments. You deserve spaces where you can truly thrive.
