During her visit to Vilnius, Lithuania, BPW International 2nd Vice President Membership Francesca Burack participated in important meetings and initiatives focused on women’s entrepreneurship, leadership, and international cooperation.

Francesca delivered an inspiring welcome speech and engaged with more than 500 participants during the Women’s Entrepreneurship Workshops, creating meaningful connections and encouraging women from different professional backgrounds to pursue leadership and new opportunities.

The visit also included meetings with key institutions and organizations, including the European Institute for Gender Equality where she shared strategies regarding initiatives in New York City and around the BPW Global community regarding women actively engaging and leading legislative changes impacting women in the workplace; the growing international recognition of Lithuanian initiatives; and the importance of collaboration among business and professional women worldwide.

TBT of the Final Session of the IFBPW SC Development, Training & Employment – Training Program 2025/26 ✨🌍

Our final session became a meaningful experience of co-inspiration, unity and collective leadership.

Chair Patrícia Cáceres reflected on the importance of inclusive communication, human connection and a sense of unity in contemporary leadership — values that are deeply connected to the vision of our Standing Committee and to the global spirit of BPW.

Caroline Chou presented an overview of the program journey, including themes such as leadership and AI, communication, voice and public speaking, personal branding and social media positioning, confident English for presentations and workplace communication, DISC leadership styles, collaboration, leadership development and active learning.

We were also inspired by Young BPW Representative Izadora Letchacoski’s message about courage and by IFBPW President Diana Barragan’s reflections on our responsibility to actively build the BPW legacy for the world and future generations.

IFBPW Vice President Francesca Burack shared reflections about the next steps inspired by everything we learned together and also actively joined one of the breakout sessions, reinforcing the spirit of collaboration and global sisterhood.

During the breakout sessions, participants expressed the desire to continue deepening their knowledge and practice in:

• Public Speaking
• Confident English Communication
• DISC Leadership Styles
• AI and Leadership
• Communication for Leadership

And this journey continues.

A new edition of this same Training Program has already been confirmed for September 2026. Until then, we continue studying, growing and learning together through our Standing Committee. ✨
