Join Herbalist Arvolyn Hill for a spring plant identification walk at the Bronx River Muskrat Cove. Learn to identify early wild blooms and learn about their medicinal qualities. Participants will be able to blend together their own medicinal herbal tea blend to take home. -

A couple of months ago we shared that we are the proud recipients of the NYC Green Relief and Recovery Fund grassroots grant!

✨ Because of our friends at Partnerships for Parks and City Parks Foundation and a growing coalition of funders, we will be hosting health and wellness programming along Muskrat Cove and the Bronx River during the months of April, May, and June!

The time is finally here! 🌸 Our first officially event will be announced TONIGHT. Can’t wait to share more partnerships, free opportunities and giveaways that the community can enjoy along the Bronx River.

We are very happy to share that we have been selected to receive a special gift from LFL’s Read in Color - a new initiative bringing diverse books to Little Free Libraries around the world!

Just in time for Woodlawn LFL’s one-year anniversary, we are happy to celebrate and elevate BIPOC and LGBTQ+ voices by sharing diverse books in our Little Free Libraries.

Every Sunday starting this weekend, we will add a new collection of diverse books to both of our LFL locations to amplify marginalized voices while celebrating our LFLs’ impact on our neighborhood!
