Hi everyone! I have some exciting news --- after teaching yoga nomadically over the past year, ZBYoga finally has a new home, and is being relaunched in New York City, in Carl Schurz Park on the Upper East Side.

The first class will be Saturday, July 22nd at 9am.

Share with your family and friends in New York City, first 3 classes are free for those following the FB page, in celebration of the relaunch ✌️❤️🌷🌼🌸

Hi everyone!! Putting things on hold again until I figure out the regulations better.. looks like I need a permit and to register with the parks.. going to play it safe with all the covid regulations and changes! Hope to get everyone back together soon!

Hi everyone - big news that I will be heading back to the U.S for the month of July. I was hoping to have a last in-person class before heading out, but have to have my PCR test during our usual class time!

I will update in the coming weeks with some virtual classes. In planning a lot of virtual classes for the 2 week SHN as well! Stay tuned :)

Will miss our Saturday morning practices! But, will definitely start-up again when I am back in Singapore. Stay safe everyone!

Hi everyone, just posted the event for this weekend's first Tiong Bahru yoga class in Kim Pong Park on Saturday at 8:30am :)

Hi everyone,

New event is up! Come flow with me on Saturday morning (Singapore) / Friday evening (USA).

As the regulations are looking to lighten next week (fingers crossed); we will hopefully be able to go back to in-person classes very soon!

So, come join the last virtual class for some vinyasa flows in the comfort of your home :)

Yoga has been such a bright light over the past year and half, and I am so happy to be able to share it with you all through this platform and through my group classes.

I love how with yoga there is always something more to learn, practice and improve on - and how every time I get on the mat I come off feeling an instant mental and physical boost.

I’ve been so pleasantly surprised about how much fun these virtual flows are and so happy to be able to still share yoga classes even during the lockdown.
