It has been a heavy week, so we wanted to take the opportunity to share this stunning piece by that reminds us that self care is not entirely an individualist process. In the isolating culture/society of the industrialized world, this is often forgetten. Our communities, (which include more than human relatives!🌱🐞🌳🐛🌹), can help us heal and in the process we help them heal too💜
