When you repeat something with sincerity, it sinks past the mouth into the heart. And once you start hearing it inside your heart without speaking, that's your ase inu, at that moment, whatever you wish or say will manifest instantly.

No companion, no spirit, no energy has power over you except by God's permission. The work is on you first: clean your intention, guard your gaze, guard your tongue, do enchantment and meditation, and the companion aligns. Your subtle companion is like a horse; if you leave it wild, it will run into ditches, but if you train it with love and firmness, it will carry you on the path.

Each human has a subtle companion, and your own companion is with you no matter your faith. This subtle companion can inspire you toward good or toward heedlessness, depending on your spiritual state and the spiritual practice you're performing. The mystic path is not to fear your subtle companion or chase it away but to bring it under light, through spiritual practice like meditation, enchantment, fasting, service, and keeping the heart with God the companion is trained. When the heart is clean, the subtle companion becomes like a servant that helps you remember God instead of pulling you away, even when you forget to perform any of your spiritual practice; the subtle companion can remember in live vision and in dreams.

Some mystic Master speaks of this jinn companion as the ego, and angels that are with you, Some Yoruba mystic teacher sees it as "Erugale" but this spirit is different from your heavenly mates (egbe-orun) it is the part of you that witnesses your thoughts, your intentions, your deeds, that jinn companion is like another you, your system companion because if this spirit was feed with any Taboo, automatically you are the one that eat the taboo and if you was feed with any Taboo too, automatically the spirit has eat the taboo. Some magicians or mystics can contact this spirit to know what's going on in your life because this spirit knows everything about you; they can use it to monitor your movements. It knows what you eat, what you drink, and so on. In this view, the subtle companion is not outside you, it is like a mirror that reflects what is inside you. The work then is to purify it so it becomes a helper, instead of a whisper towards low desires or a tool towards negative purposes.

None of the Orisha is powerless; their power depends on how you know how to use their energy. If you don't know how to eulogize Orisha, they may seem powerless to you, and they will not work for you. The strength of Orisha is not in forcing things, it is in how you understand them, how you align with them, and how you carry their energy in your daily life.

A bird does not learn to be a bird, from the first breath, it carries wings inside it. You are the same; you came with gifts, with vision, with a wide heart. The world may have told you to stay small, to stay in the cage, but your wings were there all along, folded under your shoulders.

Monitor these if you want to start flying:

One: stop feeding the fear that clipped you.

Two: practice in small lifts, say yes to one thing that scares you and feels true.

Three: clean your feathers with prayer, with sacrifice, with silence, with water,
so you are light enough to rise.

Four: look up more than you look down

The sky was waiting for you before you were born and every time you choose courage you feel the wind under your wings.

Yemoja is one of the most big entity. She is the divine mother who holds everything. If you only run to the sea/ocean to ask her to give you children, money, or protection and you never look inside yourself then you will keep going back to the shore with empty hands and your heart will hurt, that is seeking her outwardly is like standing outside a house and banging the door without ever cleaning your own room. But when you turn inward, it is like carrying a small cup of water in your chest and realizing that same water connects to her great river; it just means to be fair to yourself, to be truthful, to be soft, to be a mother to your own pain first. When you do that you start to feel her inside you like calm waves teaching you how to nurture, how to flow, how to let go, and then you can give yourself completely you can give love without begging, you can give care without breaking, you can give patience without running dry, When you keep looking outside for Yemoja to fill you, you will always feel empty, but when you become full inside first then whatever you give comes from abundance not from lack. Yemoja is not far, she is the deep mother in you, the part of you that knows how to hold and how to release, sit with her inside first, clean your heart like you clean a dirty cup, and let the water be clear then when you call her outside she will answer because she will see herself in you already.

Elegbe Omo are special children who carry something meaningful and sacred inside them; they are born spiritual, but you will not see it on their face or hear them bragging about it. It is like a clean mirror; you do not notice the mirror; you only notice what it shows you clearly. Elegbe Omo will not say Look at me, look at how good I am, look at how knowledgeable and powerful I am, they just show it in how they treat people, in how they illuminate people, in how they listen, in how they guide and guard. They were given something from the spirit realm, and so they do not chase attention; they move gently, they watch, they learn, and when it is time, they speak, and their words carry healing and growth. Loudness is not always power, sometimes power is in being still like a cup that holds water without spilling. So, if you meet someone calm, who does not brag, who does not beg to be seen, but you still feel peace around them, you sense the presence of spirit and divine knowledge around them, pay attention that might be one of them.

When you bring water to someone in a dirty cup, no matter how clean the water is, they will not drink it, but if the cup is clean, even a little water will be received with joy.
Character is the cup and offering is the water. In life and in spirit it works the same way. You can bring gifts, prayers, money, sacrifices, and food to people or to the divine but if your heart is heavy with pride, anger, lies, or disrespect, then the thing you bring loses its sweetness. But if you come with a humble heart, with truth, with kindness, and with respect, then even a small thing you give will be seen as big. It is like in a relationship too: if you buy someone expensive gifts but you are rude to them every day, the gift will not heal anything. But if you are gentle, patient, and sincere, then even sitting together and talking can feel like the biggest gift.

The ancestors, the orisha, and even people around you are not just looking at what you put on the table, they are looking at who is bringing it. So, clean your heart first, walk with good character, and let your actions match your words. When you do that, whatever you offer will land well and it will open doors for you.
