The Women’s Empowerment Coalition of NYC is proud to have our Community Ambassador, Sophia Agag, represent WECNYC at the Connect Empowerment Summit, November 6–7, 2026.
Sophia is an Algerian American community advocate and public servant with more than a decade of experience in nonprofit and grassroots organizations. Her dedication to empowering women, advancing equity, and uplifting Middle Eastern and North African communities strongly reflects WECNYC’s mission and values.
We are excited to see Sophia bring her leadership, experience, and commitment to community empowerment to this important gathering and to represent WECNYC on a broader platform.
