Shoutout to the SIJC Team for their recent presentations at the National Association of Pretrial Services Agencies (NAPSA) Conference! The team presented to an audience of national pretrial practitioners, judges, and law enforcement, highlighting innovative approaches to participant engagement and service delivery. The presentations included:

📣"Centering Participant Voice in Pretrial Services: From Feedback to Policy and Practice Change," focusing on the importance of incorporating participant feedback into program development, policy improvements, and service enhancement efforts.

📣 "Enhancing Court Appearance and Stability Through Community-Based Engagement: A Supervised Release Model," highlighting NAPSA's Community Engagement approach and the role of participant-centered support, resource navigation, and community partnerships in promoting court appearance and long-term stability.

The presentations demonstrated how listening to participant voices can strengthen services, engagement, and program practices. The team was very grateful to be able to share their ideas and findings!
