Eighteen Foundation is proud to partner with StandWithUs, American Friends Of Soroka, and so many other incredible organizations for United in Memory & Resilience, an evening featuring Noa Tishby, live testimonies from Nova and hostage survivors, music, dance, and a candle-lighting ceremony.

BREAKING: A flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv carrying 174 passengers diverted and landed in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, after a violent struggle in the cockpit. Israeli officials say they believe the co-pilot tried to crash the plane and that Israeli passengers helped subdue him. “You don’t have to be Jewish to be a Zionist.” 🇮🇱

Jonathan Elkhoury grew up as a Lebanese Christian in a country that abandoned his family to face the PLO and Hezbollah. Israel came to help. To this day, he says who he is comes from how the Israeli community welcomed him.

As a gay man and a Christian in the Middle East, he never felt threatened by the IDF. He knew they were allies.

That’s why he calls himself a proud Zionist: because he believes the Jewish people have a right to self-determination in their ancestral homeland.

This is what Eighteen’s Voices of the Middle East tour with Noa Tishby is about. The stories the anti-Israel crowd doesn’t want you to hear, told by the people who lived them.

The son of Israeli Ambassador to the US Yechiel Leiter was critically injured Wednesday in a ramming attack at a checkpoint near Beit Horon in the West Bank. Neria Leiter, a reserve soldier, was rushed to a hospital in Jerusalem. His older brother, Moshe Yedidya Leiter, was killed fighting in Gaza in November 2023.

BREAKING: A 29-year-old gunman opened fire on a police officer stationed outside Sons of Jacob Synagogue in Belleville, Ontario, as Yom Kippur services began Sunday evening. About 25 congregants sheltered on the floor inside; no one in the building was hurt. Const. Jeff Smith, a 13-year veteran, is in intensive care. Ontario’s police watchdog says it makes sense to believe the synagogue was deliberately targeted.
