Our model is our mission. We believe our approach to serving systemically marginalized communities in unique and profoundly impactful. We tackle societal issues that governments or institutions often overlook. By creating meaningful solutions in partnership with community leaders, organizations, individuals, and donors in real-time not

according to the timeline of politics or bureaucracy. We'll take on what might be too small or too complex for other organizations. Our focus is hyperlocal, in Harlem, Upper Manhattan, and the Bronx at this time, with the intent to scale or model throughout New York City and Via Chapters nationwide.
