Our Children's Business Fair in partnership with the Perham Area Chamber is coming up on Sunday, April 26th! There is still time for businesses to sign up. Children must be ages 5-14 to participate.

Learners in both classrooms have spent the last two weeks immersed in the world of mushers and measuring, snow and sled dogs in preparation for the Iditarod, one of our favorite yearly units.

The Wildlings chose one musher to follow as a class, while the Explorers each chose individual mushers to follow on the trail. They completed race logs, sled packing lists, and even sent messages to their mushers to cheer them on.

The Explorers ended the week with one of our most exciting field trips yet, the chance to experience the world of dogsledding first hand!

The 1,000 mile race is still rolling towards Nome, head to the Iditarod website if you want to learn more!
