Wayward Paws, Inc. Wayward Paws, Inc. was founded in 2006. We are a small grass-roots non-profit (501-c-3) organization We are currently serving the CNY area!!

is a 501(c-3) non-profit Cat/Kitten Rescue and Adoption Organization. Onondaga, Madison, Oswego, Cayuga and Cortland counties. We try to help wherever we can :)

We do not have our own building to shelter our rescues, therefore our volunteers care for our cats/kittens in their own homes until they are ready to find their forever families! We also provide them with necessary veterinary care until we are able to find them permanent homes. We operate solely on the generous donations of others!! Plus, we help feral and semi-feral cats by spaying/neutering them through our TNR (trap/neuter/return) program. If we are able to find feral kittens in time (usually by 8 - 16 wks -- the sooner the better), we are able to socialize them and find them forever homes!!

Happy Sunday! If you've been following our Stories, you might have noticed we did a poll over the weekend...the results are here!

We need to get through Spooky SZN first, but we all know what's coming after...the time of the year where there's a holiday seemingly every other day. A time to visit loved ones, gift giving, and (we hope) some festive good times. We know there are last minute shoppers out there, so we are hosting a big, gay crimmus market!

Holiday PURRide Market is coming! Saturday 12.12 from 4-8pm! We are looking for local LGBTQ+ friendly vendors and crafters to gather under one roof for one evening in a last minute shopping experience that will be fun for everyone!

Instead of supporting billionaires, get something unique and hand-crafted by shopping small (NO AI ALLOWED HERE)!! Step up your gift giving skills! We hope to get a variety of vendors, we are accepting applications NOW until November 13!

Please share this post with your craft and vendor friends who might be interested! We know a lot of vendors applied and were shut out due to limited space, so we want to extend an event to help you get through the season as we know this year has been a challenge for small businesses.

Fixing to Help is OPEN and taking registrations for help with the cost of a spay or neuter for your family pet!

During October, our spay/neuter provider is closed while they move from their former location on Erie Blvd. East and set up housekeeping at their new home on Old Liverpool Road.

It's a great time for you to call Fixing to Help to get your pet's name on the list of eligible cats and dogs that we'll be sending the clinic when they reopen.

‼️ ELIGIBILITY:
If you live in Onondaga County and have a verifiable low income, we may be able to help with most or nearly all of the cost of a spay or neuter for your family pet.
