Transformation Takes Place at Camp Summit ✨

Each summer, we hear powerful stories of children who arrive at camp carrying the weight of life’s struggles — and leave feeling lighter, joyful, and filled with HOPE and purpose!

Camp Summit creates space for kids to step away from daily pressures, experience fun and friendship, and encounter the presence of God in meaningful ways. In that space, hearts open, burdens lift, and true peace begins to grow.

One mom shared the change she saw in her son after attending Camp Summit: he grew in his faith, his heart was transformed, and he later chose to be baptized.

We pray every year that each child who attends Camp Summit experiences lasting transformation, renewed hope, and a stronger foundation for their future!

Spring Work Day at Camp Summit – May 16th! 🌿

Help us get Camp Summit ready for an incredible summer! Join us for a day of serving, preparing, and making a difference in the lives of the students who will experience camp in just a few short weeks.

This is a great opportunity for individuals and families to jump in and serve together—you can come for the whole day or just part of it. Plus, lunch is provided!

Projects include:
• Deep cleaning the lodge, bathrooms & sleeping areas
• Pressure washing decks, courts & boats
• Raking leaves & clearing trails
• Cutting, splitting & stacking wood
• Cleaning gutters & siding
• Landscape cleanup
• Decorating for summer camp

Come be a part of creating a space where students will grow, belong, and encounter Christ this summer.

What is Camp Summit? 🌲

Camp Summit is YouthHope’s overnight summer camp for kids and teens entering 3rd–12th grade — and it’s one of the most loved experiences of the year for our students!

Located in New Windsor, IL, Camp Summit gives campers the chance to step away from everyday life and spend a full week surrounded by nature, adventure, friendships, and encouragement.

Each day is filled with exciting outdoor activities like zip lining, archery, fishing, kayaking, team challenges, group games, and unforgettable camp moments. 🏹

Beyond the fun, campers build confidence, courage, and character while connecting with caring counselors and a supportive community where they feel safe, valued, and like they truly belong.

For many students, Camp Summit is the highlight of their summer — a place where they can be themselves, try new things, and create lasting friendships and memories.

Camp Summit is Back 🌲

Summer is almost here, and we are thrilled to welcome campers back to Camp Summit this June!

Camp Summit is YouthHope’s overnight camp for students entering 3rd–12th grade — a week full of adventure, laughter, friendships, and unforgettable camp memories in a safe and encouraging environment.

If you child attends YouthHope, you can register as soon as March 17th! Be on the look out for flyers sent home with your child and text messages!
