What a beautiful picture of the family of God! ❤️

This past Sunday, we had the incredible honor of welcoming Pastor Kathryn Pierce and our brothers and sisters from Teesto Crossroads Assembly in Arizona!

From worshiping together in the Navajo language to honoring Pastor Kathryn with a handmade quilt, our 11 AM service was a beautiful reminder that the body of Christ extends far beyond the walls of one church, one community, or one culture.

Pastor Kathryn shared a powerful message from 1 John 5:1–5, reminding us that loving God means loving people, walking in obedience, and allowing our faith to move us into action.

We weren't saved simply to sit... we were saved to love, serve, encourage, and share Jesus with others!

We are so grateful for the Kingdom relationships God is building and for the opportunity to worship and serve Him together.

Prayer isn’t passive, it’s partnership. 🔥

Every Tuesday night, we gather with passion, faith, and expectancy to seek the heart of God, pray what He is praying, and come into agreement with what He wants to do in our church, our families, and our region.

This is a place to press in, listen, contend, and respond.

Sometimes we keep asking God for another sign, another confirmation, another person to tell us what to do… when He has already spoken.

Bishop Jimmy challenged us this Sunday to stop allowing fear and uncertainty to keep us stuck. God is still speaking, still leading, and still giving direction, but there comes a point where faith looks like obedience.

You may not have every detail.
You may not see the whole path.
You may still feel nervous.

But if God has spoken, trust Him enough to take the next step. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to follow. 🙌

What do you do when you need direction from God?

This Sunday, Bishop Jimmy reminded us that God does not desire for His children to live confused or afraid. He is a good Shepherd who still speaks, guides, and directs His people.

But hearing His voice also requires trust. Sometimes we don’t need another confirmation, we need the faith to obey what He has already spoken.

There comes a moment when you have to step.

You may not see what’s on the other side. You may not understand every detail. Fear may tell you to stay where you are. But if God is leading you, you can trust Him enough to move forward.

“You don’t need seven confirmations. You need Holy Ghost direction.”

Trust His voice. Take the step. Be willing for the Lord to catch you. 🙌

Sometimes what you need isn’t another place to go, it’s a place to belong. ❤️

A place where people know your name.
Where someone notices when you’re missing.
Where you can worship, grow, laugh, pray, serve, and walk through life alongside people who genuinely care.

That’s one of the beautiful things about church family.

We weren’t created to follow Jesus alone, and we’re grateful for the community God continues to build here at Alive Church.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected, tired, or like you’ve been doing life on your own, consider this your invitation. There’s a place for you here.
