Friday (6/5) is National Doughnut Day, and we will again have a selection of specialty doughnuts from our sweet baker, Sweet! Indeed, LLC! Stop in to get yours! Available while supplies last!

The first Friday in June is National Donut Day. In celebration, we have created a few special donuts for this Friday. Our full selection of traditional donuts will also be available. Feel free to place your order ahead of time.
*A Elvis inspired Bismarck, filled with banana filling with peanut butter frosting, bacon and chocolate drizzle.
*A Girl Scout inspired cake donut with a chocolate bottom, caramel frosted with toasted coconut crunch and a chocolate drizzle.
*A Dubai inspired cake donut with pistachio frosting, chopped pistachios and chocolate drizzle.
*A Oreo cookie inspiration with a white fluffy filling, white frosting and topped with Oreo crumbles.

Bike break! Please be aware that Nautilus Cycle Works will be open tonight (Tue, 5/26), but CLOSED on Thursday (5/28) as this small business owner takes some much-deserved time away. But don't fret--Michael will be back next week!

Bike Brake!

Friends of the Nautilus! Just a quick heads-up on the shop hours for this week. I’m heading out of town for a couple of days, so the shop will be closed this Thursday night.

If you are hoping to get your bike checked in this week, I will be around TONIGHT from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Tonight (Tuesday): Open for drop-offs 5 PM - 7 PM

Thursday Night: CLOSED

Swing by tonight, drop off your ride, and let me know what needs fixing. I'll get it wrenching and ready for next week's rides!

New Ulm peeps, share the news! The next big thing happening at Ulm Sweet Ulm....is Nautilus Cycle Works, a bike shop with service to the public!

The shop opens tomorrow (Tue, 4/15) from 5-7pm - feel free to bring your bikes needing tune-ups to the shop owner, Michael Nemer.

If he looks familiar, it's because Michael has been working with our team as a bookseller and barista for the better part of the last year. We couldn't be more excited for Michael to pursue this dream of his.

Hello New Ulm! Nautilus Cycle Works is officially open for business.

I’m thrilled to be setting up shop right here in town, operating out of the basement of Lykke Books. Whether your bike needs a quick spring dust-off or a complete overhaul, I've got you covered with professional, no-nonsense service.

🛠️ The Details:

What I do: Everything from flat tire fixes to comprehensive tune-ups. (Check the service menu below!)

Where I am: 203 N Minnesota Street. Lower level of Lykke Books! Just head to the back door for bike drop-offs!

Drop-off Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM (or by appointment).

Shoot me a message on here to grab a spot on the stand, or just swing by during drop-off hours this coming Tuesday or Thursday.

Let's get those bikes ready for the trail. 🚲⚓

You've asked.....we've answered! Here are our current hours...

NU Brew Cafe serves espresso until 2pm daily, 7 days/week, then shifts to their Epilogue (select) menu until 30 minutes before store close.
Lykke Books is available during all store hours, and can also be shopped online for in-store pickup at lykkebooks.com
NOTE: Hours may be extended for in-store events. Check Google or follow our social media for our most current extended hours. Events are our on webpage at ulmsweetulm.com/events

Watch for our summer hours, coming as the school year draws to a close!

Lykke Books, Ulm Sweet Ulm, and NU Brew will be closed Monday, March 16, 2026 due to the weather .
We’ll see you all back in the store on Tuesday with normal hours starting at 8:30 AM. We can’t wait to see you!
Make sure you stop in and grab your favorite drinks — Tammy and Brie will definitely be there drinking a butterbier after this many days without it! ☕📚
