One last practice before STUNT CLINIC this Saturday! 🔥💪

Our New Ulm Elite girls brought the ENERGY tonight and put in the WORK! We spent practice focusing on our openers, jumps, timing, and cleaning up our routines as we continue preparing for competition season!

We’re still learning, growing, and putting all the pieces together, but one thing is for sure these girls are determined! 💜

Every practice is an opportunity to improve, build confidence, and grow stronger as a TEAM. It’s not about being perfect overnight. It’s about showing up, putting in the effort, and never giving up!

We can’t wait to see what our girls learn at Stunt Clinic this Saturday and bring those new skills back to practice!

Our Elite teams had such a great practice at the Community Center! We worked hard on our opener, building stunt groups, and making sure everything is starting to come together. We also pushed the girls outside their comfort zones by switching up stunt groups and challenging them to work with different teammates.

Week 5 was all about putting the pieces together! D1–D3 worked hard on their routine openers, jumps, and piecing everything together to start bringing their routines to life. 📣💜

The girls worked SO hard this week, and we couldn’t be more proud of the progress they’re making! We’re still a ways out from competition, but seeing little pieces of their routines come together has us SO excited to see them take the mat and show off all their hard work! ⭐️

There’s still plenty to learn, clean, and perfect—but every practice brings us one step closer! Keep working hard, girls! We are so proud of you! 💜🖤🤍

💜📣 SO proud of our D4 & D5.4 girls tonight!

There’s a lot happening in these first few weeks. Routines are coming together, skills are being challenged, we’re working on strength, timing, jumps, tumbling and learning how to truly work as ONE team.

But what I’m most proud of isn’t something you can count in a routine.

It’s watching these girls help one another. It’s seeing them welcome new athletes into their divisions and make sure they feel like part of the team. It’s hearing them encourage each other when something is hard, celebrate when someone finally gets a skill, and speak up when they’re ready to be challenged more.

That matters.

Tonight D4 & D5.4 also came together for tumbling and some candy salad team bonding 🍬, and seeing both divisions together was another reminder of the kind of season we’re building.

Girls, be PROUD of yourselves. Not everything is going to come easy and not everything will happen on the first try. But you’re showing up, learning, helping each other and getting stronger every single week.

Your coaches see it. Keep going. 🖤📣

💜⭐ WEEK 4 OF CHEER ⭐💜

Week 4 is in the books, and what a night it was for our D1 - D3 girls! 🎀

We kicked off our first Spirit Night of the season with a cozy Pajama Night! 💤💜 The girls got to show up in their favorite PJs, have some fun, and bring a little extra spirit to practice!

We’re continuing to work on our routines, build our skills, and most importantly, grow together as a team. I’m so proud of the progress these girls are already making! Watching their confidence grow each week is one of the best parts of coaching. 🥹💜

WEEK 4 for our Elite Teams & THE ENERGY IS DIFFERENT. 🎀🔥

Pajama Night might’ve been the theme, but relaxing definitely wasn’t on the agenda. These girls were MOVING.

D4 is officially putting pieces together l working that opener, throwing tumbling, trying new skills, and learning that sometimes you have to get out of your own head and just GO FOR IT.

5.4 had a different mission tonight: TRUST. Finding our stunt groups, learning how each other works, getting comfortable being uncomfortable, and realizing the girls standing around you have your back, literally. And the best part? The three of us coaches were right in the middle of it with them encouraging, demonstrating, spotting, correcting, hyping them up, and probably saying “ONE MORE TIME!” about 47 times.

We’re learning these girls. They’re learning us. And little by little, this mat is starting to feel like OUR mat. 🖤

Four weeks into the season, only three practices under our belt, and we’re just getting started. We’ve got work to do, goals to chase, and a whole lot to prove.

And we’re READY for it. 🔥📣

💜⭐Week 3 of Practice! ⭐💜

In D1 - D3 we continued working hard on our stunting, building the skills, strength, and trust needed to work together as a team!
At this stage of the season, we're not looking for perfection - we're looking for PROGRESS. 🙌
Every practice, the girls are learning, improving, encouraging one another, and getting a little bit stronger and more confident. They worked SO hard this week, and I can already see just how much potential these teams have. These girls are going to accomplish some AMAZING things this season! 💜✨
So proud of their effort and excited to see where this journey takes us! ⭐📣

WEEK TWO & our Elite teams are already coming in FULL FORCE! 🔥💜📣

We’ve been working hard on our openers, building strong stunt groups, and letting those tumbling skills SHINE! But what I love most? Watching these girls encourage each other, celebrate every win, and push their teammates to be better. ✨

And behind them? Three coaches who show up ready to teach, encourage, support, and pour into every single athlete on that floor. Different strengths, one team, and one goal giving these girls the season they deserve.

The talent, confidence, and energy in this gym is only getting stronger. We have SUCH a fun and exciting season planned for these girls, and we’re just getting started! 👏🔥

💜✨Back to the Basics Tonight! (D1 - D3)✨💜

Tonight's practice was all about the fundamentals - and our girls WORKED! 💪📣

We focused on cleaning up those jumps, sharpening technique, and making sure we're building strong habits from the start. We also spent time learning important stunting safety techniques and worked on some basic stunts to help the girls get comfortable, learn how to work together, and build trust with their teammates. 🤝⭐
Stunting isn't just about getting someone in the air - it's about communication, teamwork, trust, and doing things the right way! 💜 We may have been working on the basics tonight, but these are the skills that will help take our D1-D3 teams to the next level! 🔥

So darn proud of how hard the girls worked, and kept pushing through. The foundation is being built, and we can't wait to see where it takes us! 💜🖤🤍
