Good morning MHA Nation, all lawn route applicants can expect the crews out for mowing/weed whacking Monday, May 18th. With that being said, please ensure your yards are clear of debris, toys, animal waste along with any animals on the property secured. Moving forward, lawn routes will be checked and maintained every other week. Thank you and we hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Happy Earth Day!
Beautification crews collaborated with multiple local companies yesterday in efforts to clean up ditches along Highway 23 to Highway 8. Today the clean up continues at the Riverside Park and surrounding area. The crews will be making their way to all segments for clean up days for the rest of the month. As a Program, we strive to beautify our communities of MHA Nation and urge all members to take pride in our homelands. Please call 701-897-1569 to schedule your spring clean up trash haul.

Good morning all, with the current weather system moving in, Beautification crews will be on standby for the snow removal route as soon as the snow stops. If the amount of snow is hindering access to doors/ driveways they will be out sooner. We hope everyone stays safe and enjoys their holiday weekend, thank you.

Good morning, Beautification Program crews will be out this morning in the Bismarck/Mandan/Lincoln area to clear snow drifts/put down ice melt for *PRIORITY members only at this time. Full route will be completed when high wind advisory is lifted.

*Priority members include medically handicapped with urgent appointments and/or wheelchair accessible homes.

Good afternoon MHA Nation, the Beautification Program would like to remind everyone that this year we have reset our client lists in regards to snow removal and lawn care and are asking for everyone needing services to submit updated applications along with liability waivers.

We understand this process is inconvenient and tedious. Our goal is to maintain accurate and current records of all clients we strive to take care of.

If you’re unable to leave your home to submit an application, please call us at 701-897-1569 and we will be happy to assist you submitting your application over the phone.

Please be advised that due to staffing restrictions this year, we will reach all on our list for snow removal within 48hrs of snowfall stopping.

We prioritize the handicapped/ medical treatment reliant and elderly members in terms of who will receive services first.
