🎪 One last celebration before saying goodbye to summer!

We wrapped up an incredible summer at the Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle with our Last Day Carnival! 🎉

After weeks of learning, creating, exploring and making memories together, our campers got to celebrate everything that made this summer so special with one final day of fun.

From new friendships to new skills and plenty of unforgettable moments along the way, it was the perfect way to close out another amazing summer at the Club.

Thank you to our campers, families and staff for making this summer one to remember. Until next summer! ☀️🎡

🌺 We said aloha to summer with Luau Week!

During our final week of camp, our campers brought a little tropical inspiration into Cosmetology Class.

Campers got creative by designing and styling hairstyles they would wear to a luau, then practiced their makeup application skills on mannequins. 💇‍♀️💄

It was a fun way to put the skills they've learned throughout the summer into practice while letting their creativity shine!

During our final week of camp, members came together to celebrate a summer filled with creativity, learning and growth by showcasing everything they had been working on.

Campers proudly displayed projects from Art Class, Comic Book Club, Cosmetology Class, Girl Talk and LEGO Club, giving everyone a chance to see just how much they accomplished throughout the summer. 🎨💇🧱

The celebration also included a special performance from our 21st Century Summer STAR Dance Team, who took the stage with a dance and STEP routine they created and practiced during camp! 💃👏

STAR comes from our SEL class and represents the affirmations our campers carried with them all summer:

We're so proud of everything our campers created, learned and accomplished this summer. Here's to all of our STARs and an unforgettable summer at the Club! 💙

Our campers had an unforgettable day at Fun City Adventure Park in Mount Vernon! 🎉💙

From climbing and jumping to racing through obstacle courses and making memories with friends, today was all about fun, teamwork, and staying active. Seeing the smiles, laughter, and excitement reminds us why summer camp is so special.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff for making another incredible field trip possible. Here’s to more adventures and an unforgettable summer! ☀️

Join us at the Mascaro Clubhouse for an informative session presented in Spanish about programs designed to help make homeownership more accessible.

🏠 Down Payment Assistance Program (DPAP): Eligible buyers may qualify for grants of up to 19% of their home's purchase price. Expanded assistance is available for New Rochelle residents, former residents, people who work in New Rochelle and local business owners.

🏙️ Rose on Main: Learn more about 126 new affordable condominiums coming to Downtown New Rochelle.

🎒✏️ Ready for a great school year!

Thanks to the generosity of AutoNation and its Auto Tech Labs Associates in White Plains, young people at Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle are heading back to school with the supplies they need to learn, grow and succeed.

AutoNation Associates collected and donated more than 420 school supplies, from backpacks and notebooks to pencils, folders and other classroom essentials.

We’re so grateful to community partners like AutoNation for investing in our young people and helping them start the school year feeling prepared and confident! 💙

The Mascaro Teen Program at the Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle took adventure to the next level with an unforgettable trip to Orlando! 🌴☀️

Our 12 teens explored Universal Epic Universe, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal Studios Florida over three action-packed days filled with thrills, laughter, new experiences, and memories they’ll never forget. 🎟️🎢

For many of our teens, this trip was filled with firsts — their first time visiting these incredible parks, experiencing new attractions, and making memories with friends that will last a lifetime.

From epic rides to unforgettable moments, this was more than just a trip… it was an adventure they’ll always remember!

Career Week inspired our members to dream big, build new skills and explore exciting career paths! Throughout the week, our members discovered what it takes to turn their goals into future careers. 🚀

👔 In Guy Talk, members learned how to dress for success by practicing how to tie a tie while discussing interview etiquette and tips for landing their dream job.

🧱 In Lego Club, members built careers using Legos, from police officers and dentists to marine biologists, then presented their creations to the group.

🎨 In Art, members sketched their future careers and shared what they hope to become one day.

♟️ In Board Games, future engineers and construction workers helped build our foosball table while aspiring chess masters challenged fellow members and staff, teaching new strategies along the way.

🚔 We wrapped up the week with an exciting visit from the New Rochelle Police Department's PACT, CIU and Traffic Units! Members enjoyed a K-9 demonstration, explored a fully equipped Hummer, checked out specialized riot gear and learned about the many career opportunities within the department. 🐕🚓

Career Week was all about building confidence, exploring possibilities and strengthening connections with our community. We can't wait to see where our members' dreams take them! 💙

💙 While in Orlando, our Keystone members made a meaningful impact through service!

As part of their trip, members participated in a community service project benefiting local schools by assembling hygiene kits filled with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair brushes and combs.

They also shared kindness by writing heartfelt letters of encouragement, creating handmade bracelets and designing puzzles to brighten the days of children in the community.🧩

Through this experience, our Keystone members demonstrated leadership, compassion and a commitment to making a difference wherever they go. We are so proud of the positive impact they continue to make both inside and outside the Club! 🌟

🍽️ Good food, strong partnerships and an even stronger community!

The Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle recently welcomed approximately 200 community members to our Re*****on Clubhouse for the launch of the Meals on Main Street Mobile Cafe, a new partnership with Meals on Main Street and Junior League of Westchester on the Sound - JLWOS.

Families enjoyed free hot, ready-to-eat meals, including spinach gnocchi, grilled cheese sandwiches and street tacos, while also taking home fresh produce and pantry staples from the Mobile Cafe's grocery market. 🥕🍎

More than providing a meal, the event created a welcoming space for families and neighbors to connect while expanding access to nutritious food and essential resources.

💙 We're grateful to Meals on Main Street and the Junior League of Westchester on the Sound for joining us in supporting the health and well-being of local children and families.

This is just the beginning, and we look forward to continuing this partnership and finding new ways to serve our community together!
