Dr. Schweitzer was a champion of this philosophy and, with permission granted by Rhena Schweitzer Miller, the daughter of Dr. Schweitzer, our organization is proud to carry his name, share his philosophies and accept his invitation to "invest in humanity" to make the world a

better place. Exposing all students to the significant benefit of mentors-high profile leaders in business, government, education and the non-profit sector- is a major component of the Albert Schweitzer Leadership for Life program.
