This Week with SHC: October 12-15 🎃 The Expressive Journaling series comes to a close this week, wrapping four weeks of guided reflection. Pet Therapy returns Thursday and Friday, Reiki and Gentle Pilates continue, and our volunteers are at the GRACE pantry in Summit!

For many of our neighbors, period products compete with groceries and rent, and going without can mean missed school or work. We believe period poverty is a fixable problem. Through Fresh Start, we partner with local organizations to get products to the people who need them. ❤️

Fourteen years of showing up for this community, that's what we're celebrating today. As our Director of Operations & Community Engagement, Pamela Singer is the steady hand behind Fresh Start and our Wellness Screening program, two initiatives that reach our community where it matters most. Ask anyone who's worked with Pamela and they'll tell you the same thing: she brings genuine pride and heart to everything she touches. That kind of dedication is what makes this work possible.
