Hello All,
Just a reminder for our meeting this week Thursday April 23rd, 6:pm at Embden Community Center.
This will be our first meeting of the year! Lots to discuss. Some important items for discussion:
We are still looking to fill the Vice President position. If you would like to nominate somebody, please send me your nomination. You can nominate yourself. VP Description: The Vice President shall perform the duties of the President in the absence or incapacity of the President, shall automatically become President of the Corporation upon the resignation or death of the President, and in the event the Vice-president becomes the President, a new Vice-president shall be elected to fill the vacancy.
Membership Dues increase proposal for 26/27.
Looking for somebody to put a couple of club rides together. If you are interested, come to the meeting or let me know.
We had to make changes to our bylaws to satisfy our application for 501 (c) (3) designation. I highlighted changes. Please review the attached and provide feedback.
