ATV Trail Club in the maine towns of Embden N Lexington (E.N.L)

Hello All,

Just a reminder for our meeting this week Thursday April 23rd, 6:pm at Embden Community Center.

This will be our first meeting of the year! Lots to discuss. Some important items for discussion:

We are still looking to fill the Vice President position. If you would like to nominate somebody, please send me your nomination. You can nominate yourself. VP Description: The Vice President shall perform the duties of the President in the absence or incapacity of the President, shall automatically become President of the Corporation upon the resignation or death of the President, and in the event the Vice-president becomes the President, a new Vice-president shall be elected to fill the vacancy.

Membership Dues increase proposal for 26/27.

Looking for somebody to put a couple of club rides together. If you are interested, come to the meeting or let me know.

We had to make changes to our bylaws to satisfy our application for 501 (c) (3) designation. I highlighted changes. Please review the attached and provide feedback.

Agenda will be to discuss Club information, plan rides, plan work parties on trails, and just get together to rebuild membership and attendance. This is an opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas. We need your attendance, and welcome your participation. Hope to see you then, and please share so we can reach as many people as possible in our area.

Oh, and we've joined the Maine ATV Coalition, so check us out at http://www.maineatvcoalition.com/ Here you can compete your membership application for our Club or simply make a donation to our Club (and/or many other Clubs)... however, if you prefer, Paper - Applications were mailed out to all 2025 members on 3/9/26 to addresses on file.

Took a ride up spruce pond. Lexington did a great job filling in the water bars with what little snow we had.

Spruce pond area is hit so much with logging closures, winter and summer. It’s such a shame it is an awesome trail!

If you still are itching for a ride you can trailer to the KVT (rail trail) and run up and down that until it snows. Pit stop at jimmys in Bingham or griswalds/evergreens in Solon.

Raffle winner!!!!!!!’

Irene Jordan was our raffle winner. She chose the grill. Thanks to all folks who purchased tickets. A special thanks to Sherry at Griswold's Country Store for letting us sell tickets on their front porch and to Jodi and Jimmie Amodio at Evergreen Campground for selling tickets at the bar inside Riverside Breakfast and BBQ.

I would also like to thank the efforts of the crew that sold the tickets. It was no easy task.
