Tomorrow is the day for our Blessings from Above and
Emmaus West Church Easter Food Basket Giveaway. We will also have snack cakes, lemonade, and tea. There will be a few extra surprise items, as well. We look forward to seeing you!

It is almost time! Our Easter Basket Food Giveaway is this Saturday, March 21 at 1:00 at the Pekin Town Hall. I want to invite anyone who wants to join us giving out baskets to meet at the Town Hall at about 12:30. It is a good day for friends to gather, talk and fellowship. We have had First Baptist church help us in the past, (of course they have supported us since day 1 and still continue doing so) Our church family, Emmaus West Church, is a huge help as well. We couldn't do this without all the support that we get. Thank you to everyone for your support! If you aren't busy, please join us, we look forward to seeing you!

Good Morning,

Just wanted to remind everyone to try and be prepared for this upcoming weather situation. When the temperatures drop below freezing, we can not put canned goods in the blessing box. We are trying to keep mac and cheese, potatoes, noodles, granola bars, etc in there but they go out much faster than we can put them in.

During the next few days, be neighborly, share food with one another, check on each other regularly, especially if anyone is elderly. Everyone needs help now and then.
