Our second day of the our Annual clinic for our flames was a huge success. Sorry for the delay on the pictures but here are the pictures from our second night of the clinic. A special thanks to our photographer Robbie Williams , our special guest hitting instructor Nate Nueman , all our quality coaches that dedicated their time and Mark Jenkins & Tracy Jenkins for all their donations and help at the beverage station . Its was a great night and the girls had a great time !

Softball friends. I know this is way early but we felt we needed to post to keep up with all the other organizations. We will not push your player to make a decision until the end of their current season. We want you to finish the season with the team you’re with and then make a decision.

New Oxford Flames tryouts have been scheduled. If you are looking for a great organization, low cost, hard working, loves to have fun all while putting the girls first, this is it. Lots of fun tournaments all year round. Any questions, please reach out.

Last night May 18th was night #1 of our annual New Oxford Flames Softball clinic. Despite the heat, the girls had a really fun time and I know they are eager for night #2 coming up tomorrow May 20th. We did all fielding the first night and tomorrow is the popular hitting night. We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow night .

I have a few special thank yous to make. First, thank you to all of our Flames coaches for everything they do all year long with these kids. It's really special to see how great they work with not only the younger girls but the older ones as well. Finding quality coaches is not an easy task, and I feel really fortunate to have such a wonderful group of head coaches as well as assistant coaches working with these wonderful girls.

I would also like to thank Robbie Williams for coming out and taking the photos of the kids last night. He took a lot more than what I am posting, and your head coaches will have a link for all the photos from last night and then again for night #2.

I would also like to thank Mark Jenkins and Tracy Jenkins for all their extra help with the canopies and donating Gatorade for all the kids in the cool down station. I think the kids loved that station most of all! Kayla Lowe also donated Italian ice for the girls to have on their break, which was a very helpful and enjoyable treat for the kids in that heat.

Lastly, I wanted to thank all you parents. Thank you for trusting us with your girls and for giving the New Oxford Flames a shot at sharing the game of softball with the girls. I say it all the time, "it's all about the kids."

These 18u girls have heart! 1 day of practice back together and we went 4-2 on the weekend losing in the championship game. Bringing home a second place is a great start to the season. 4 double plays in two days, some great diving catches and some bombs being hit. The girls were on fire. Keep working hard and let’s roll into the next one.

Our 16u team spent this Mother's Day Weekend playing in their first tournament as pretty much a brand new team. They played very well this weekend and walked away with not only their first wins, but they ended up taking 2nd overall in the tournament. These girls have been through a lot these past months and I can't say enough about how proud I am of these girls for fighting through all the hard times. These girls are a very young 16u team and so far have played all 18u teams or 16u B teams. Great job today ladies. Six more practices, then off to their next tournament.
Lets go get that first place 🏆.

Today a bunch of the New Oxford Flames families went to the Orioles game. Despite the Orioles loss, a good time was had and they even got to go on the field.

An organization is only as good as the people that work within it. Our organization has been very blessed over the years with great people and with these additions to our crew, it is honestly the strongest group of coaches we have ever had. 2026 is looking great to be a New Oxford Flame.
